He spent his engineering career in aerospace — welding engineering at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center as a Boeing contractor, 787 fastener R&D at Boeing, then lead mechanical design at Honeywell, working in Lean Six Sigma, design of experiments, and root-cause analysis. Different industry, same job: find out why a process fails, then build one that doesn't.

That's what he brought to Sweet Moments Co. As Chief Operating Officer, he designed the systems behind every event — registration and address collection, per-guest dietary builds, cold-chain packing, and coast-to-coast shipping timed to your date. It's the unglamorous half of a cooking class, and it's the half that decides whether the whole thing feels effortless.

Sweet Moments Co. is a husband-and-wife company. Brent and Therese built it together from the start — she designs what your team cooks, he makes sure it reaches every door. When something moves late — a new address, a headcount jump, a guest with an allergy nobody mentioned — the answer is usually a process he'd already built for it.
