Everything about booking, kits, dietary needs, and the day of your event — grouped so you can find it fast.

Getting Started & How It Works

It's simple: we ship a fresh, pre-portioned Ingredient Kit to every guest, then our chef leads everyone live on Zoom to cook the same dish together. There's no prep and no shopping — guests open their kit, and any knife work happens live with the chef. You get a real shared meal at the end, not a webinar.

Yes. Every event is led live by one of our in-house chefs, headed by Executive Chef Therese Ludwig, with Chef de Cuisine Andrew Hills. They're on our team, not freelancers booked per gig — so the same chef who plans with you is the one on camera.

From the Sweet Moments Kitchen, our real broadcast studio in Phoenix, with a 4K instructor camera and a top-down camera so no one has to squint to follow along. The chef can see the room and call people by name.

None at all. Our chef teaches every step live, at a pace anyone can follow, and the kit arrives pre-portioned so no one has to measure or shop. First-timers and confident home cooks finish the same dish together.

Most events run 60–90 minutes, depending on the menu. We'll recommend a length when we build your event, and we're happy to flex it to fit your agenda.

We're fully virtual, so we don't run in-person events — that focus is what lets us ship fresh kits coast to coast and give every guest the same chef, live. If you're local to Phoenix and set on in-person, just ask and we'll happily point you toward good options.

Planning & Booking

We recommend about four weeks — that gives you comfortable time to gather your guests' registrations and shipping addresses, which is the part that takes the longest. Two weeks is the minimum we can accommodate, and we build in rush and last-minute adds through our Event Guarantee, so ask us even if your date is close.

We'll confirm your final count about a week before your kits ship — that's the last point we can still adjust production. If a few more people sign up after that, our Late-Add Guarantee lets you add a guest up to 36 hours before your event.

We host groups of all sizes, from a small team to a company-wide event with hundreds of guests. Tell us roughly how many you're expecting and we'll build the right experience around it.

Groups from about 10 to 750+. Up to around 75 guests, the chef engages everyone by name; above that we add multi-camera production, structured chat, and a client co-host so a big event still feels personal.

Yes. We ship kits to the office for the in-person group and to home addresses for everyone else, put one camera and screen in the conference room, and the whole team cooks the same dish with the same chef — no one's left out.

We'll send our current brochure so you can browse experiences, then help you narrow it down. Many menus can be adjusted, and we'll flag any swaps we'd recommend for your group. If you have a theme or a favorite dish in mind, tell us — we love building around it.

Yes. We can brand your event with your logo — from engraved keepsakes to branded aprons — engraved in-house to your final headcount, so you only pay for what ships. Just send us a PNG of your logo and we'll take it from there.

Yes. We design your promotional materials — a ready-to-send invite to rally your team and drive sign-ups — and we can run the registration for you: we collect each guest's name, shipping address, and dietary needs directly, so you don't have to chase a spreadsheet. Prefer to gather sign-ups yourself? Send us your list and we'll take it from there.

That's welcome, not a penalty. Your contracted number is an estimate — not a cap, and not a minimum charge. If more people register, we ship and bill accordingly at the same per-kit rate. If fewer register, you're only charged for the kits we actually ship. We'll confirm final numbers about a week before your kits go out, since that's the point after which we can't adjust production.

Dietary & Ingredients

Every dietary need is built into that guest's individual Ingredient Kit at no extra charge — gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free, and allergen substitutions. Share the details when you send your guest list and we handle the rest, so everyone cooks the same experience. One honest limit: we are not an allergen-free kitchen. Our shared facility handles wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and sesame, so we can't rule out cross-contact.

No. Our Dietary Promise builds every need into that guest's individual kit at no upcharge — gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free, and allergen substitutions. If someone has celiac disease or an allergy where trace exposure matters, tell us — we'll be straight with you about whether our kitchen is right for that person rather than guess. And if we get a dietary request wrong, we fix it: replacement ingredients delivered same-day, or a complete replacement kit, whichever the situation calls for.

Not as a standard offering. We're not a kosher kitchen and we can't pre-portion to those standards in our facility. If it's essential for your group, reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible — it would carry a significant upcharge, and we'd rather say that up front than overpromise.

Yes. We ship fresh cheeses, cured meats, produce, and dairy — hand-portioned by recipe and shipped cold-chain, with proteins and fresh items included. It's a complete kit, not a box of dry mixes or a grocery list you fill yourself.

It's complete down to the salt — every ingredient, including seasonings and oils, is pre-portioned in the kit. Guests don't need to stock or measure anything; they open the packets and cook.

Tell us and we'll fix it — usually by getting the item to your guest same-day, before your event starts. If it surfaces mid-event, we'll make it right on your next one.

Multi-recipe menus arrive as sub-kits: each recipe is packaged together with its own recipe card, so no one has to figure out which ingredient goes where. Open the sub-kit, follow the card, and cook.

Very little — the kit arrives pre-portioned and ready. For most classes, guests just need basic cookware and a screen to join on. For cocktail experiences, we send the fresh citrus and mixers, and guests simply provide their own alcohol. We'll send a short 'what to have ready' note before every event.

Shipping & Kits

You have two easy options. Send us your guest list or a quick spreadsheet, or let us run the registration for you — we set up a registration page and collect each guest's name, shipping address, and dietary needs directly, so it never lands on your plate. Either way, we'll set a clear deadline so every fresh Ingredient Kit arrives on time.

We ship to all 50 states via FedEx 2-Day Priority Express, included in your per-kit price along with instruction and taxes.

One fresh, pre-portioned Ingredient Kit per guest — everyone gets their own, built to their own dietary needs. That way each person cooks the full experience, start to finish.

Before your kits ship, yes — send us the update and we'll take care of it. Once a kit is on its way we can't redirect it: a redirect adds days, and fresh ingredients don't survive it. If an address has to change after shipping, we'll send a replacement kit, and because the original can't be recovered the replacement and its shipping are billed. For late adds, our Late-Add Guarantee covers adding a guest up to 36 hours before your event.

Just let us know. If their kit hasn't shipped yet, we'll take them off the list and you won't be charged for it — you only ever pay for the kits we actually ship. Once a kit has shipped, it's charged, since the ingredients were bought and packed for that guest.

We make it right — that's our Ridiculous Shipping Guarantee. If a kit is late, lost, or arrives in poor condition, we fix it at our cost: same-day delivery of what's needed, or a replacement kit. Reach out the moment you notice and we'll jump on it.

No — once a kit ships there are no returns, because the ingredients are fresh and perishable. If a kit arrives in poor condition, that's what the shipping guarantee is for: we reship at our cost.

Recipe cards come in the kit, and we're happy to share digital copies too. After the event, we'll also send the recipes so your team can make the dish again at home.

Event Day

Everyone joins by a single Zoom link. We'll get you the link and the invite ahead of time, and we're glad to send it to your guests directly or hand it to you to forward — whichever is easier.

Whichever you prefer. We can send the invite straight to your guest list, or give it to you to distribute internally — just let us know your preference when we finalize.

Yes. We'll send you the recording link after the event so anyone who missed it — or wants to cook along again — can watch the replay.

We run one start time, and you pick it based on your event and where most of your team is. For a very large, spread-out company, we can also split it into two sessions — each timed for its own group's time zone — so no one's cooking at a strange hour.

Billing & Procurement

One all-inclusive price per Ingredient Kit — fresh ingredients, live chef instruction, recipe cards, shipping, and taxes. Nothing is added at checkout. Published experiences are $118 per kit (Social Experiences), $150 per kit (Signature), and $195 per kit (Reserve).

We can. We invoice your event and are happy to work with your procurement team — we'll provide a W-9, add your PO number to the invoice, and support tax-exempt orders where they apply. Just loop us in with whatever your accounts-payable team needs.

We accept ACH, check, or credit card. A 25% deposit reserves your date, and the remaining balance — adjusted to your final headcount — is due on the day of your event.

Yes — that's our Flexible Reschedule Promise. Reschedule before we've begun preparing your ingredients and your deposit moves with you to the new date, with no fee and no claw-back. After that, perishables have been sourced and prepped for your date, so tell us as early as you can.
