Fresh.
Every ingredient that should be fresh is fresh — dairy, meats, produce — sourced and packed for your event date. Shelf-stable only where it should be.
Scratch-Made.
Sauces, dressings, marinades, syrups — made in the Sweet Moments Kitchen for your event date, by the same team that's on camera.
In-House.
Recipes, prep, portioning, engraving, printing, instruction, logistics — all under one roof in Phoenix. Most competitors are a website on top of subcontractors. We're not.
WHAT WE GUARANTEE

Every Virtual Cooking Kit ships FedEx 2-Day Priority Express, timed to land before your event, and we track every one — fresh ingredients don't wait. If a kit looks like it won't arrive in usable condition in time, we act before you have to ask: overnighting a replacement to land the day before, or getting the ingredients delivered locally in time to cook.

Late, lost, or in poor shape: same-day delivery of what's needed, or a replacement kit, at our cost.

VPs decide late. Reps forget people. Add a guest up to 36 hours before start. If there's still time to ship 2-day, it's simply the cost of the kit. If it has to go overnight, you cover the difference in shipping.

No late-add fee. The only added cost is the shipping.

Sign for 20 and register 80 — we ship and bill accordingly, at the same per-kit rate. If fewer register than you estimated, you're billed only for what actually ships. We'll check in about a week before your kits go out to confirm final numbers, because that's the point after which we can't adjust.

Not a cap. Not a minimum charge. You pay for kits shipped.

Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and allergen substitutions — built at the individual-kit level, at no extra charge. Your guest avoiding tree nuts gets a kit built without them. Nobody eats around the meal. We'll also tell you honestly where we can't help: we are not an allergen-free kitchen. One shared space handles wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy and sesame, so we can't rule out cross-contact. If someone has celiac disease or an allergy where trace exposure matters, we'll say so rather than guess.

If we get a request wrong: replacement ingredients same-day, or a complete replacement kit.

Plans change. Reschedule before we've begun preparing your ingredients and your deposit moves with you to the new date — no fee, no claw-back. After that, perishables have been sourced and prepped for your date, so tell us as early as you can.

WHEN SOMETHING DOESN'T WORK

We're a small, hands-on team — six years in, proud of the work, and realistic: occasionally something specific goes sideways. Remedies attach to specific, observable issues.

If something's missing from a kit, tell us and we'll fix it — usually by getting the item to your guest same-day, before the event starts. If it surfaces mid-event, we'll make it right on your next one.

We can't redirect a kit once it's shipped — a redirect adds days, and fresh ingredients don't survive it. If an address needs to change after shipping, we'll send a replacement kit; because the original is unrecoverable, the replacement and its shipping are billed. And once a kit ships, there are no returns.

If a kit arrives in poor condition, that's what the shipping guarantee is for — we reship at our cost. If the room dynamic simply wasn't there, we'd rather hear it directly than pretend a refund fixes it.
